Section 922 - Diverters in a Watermaster Service Area(a) Pursuant to section 5101 of the Water Code, any person who diverts water in a watermaster service area that is not included in reports filed by the watermaster with the board or a court shall report such diversions by filing a Supplemental Statement of Water Diversion and Use pursuant to section 920 of this chapter.(b) Any person who diverts pursuant to a permit, license, registration, or certificate in a watermaster service area shall file reports pursuant to sections 924, 925 and 929 of this chapter, as applicable, even if the diversion is reported by the watermaster.Cal.
