Section 3781 - Notice of Decision(a) Upon final adoption of a project subject to this Article, and upon approval by the Office of Administrative Law, if required, the state board shall file a Notice of Decision in a format similar to the one in Appendix B to this Chapter with the Secretary for Natural Resources.(b) When a regional board adopts or amends a water quality control plan or guideline and it is approved by the state board, and, if required, the Office of Administrative Law, the state board shall file, on behalf of the regional board, the Notice of Decision with the Secretary for Natural Resources.Cal.
