2. Amendment of subsection (a) and new subsections (d)-(d)(7) filed 8-19-2021 as an emergency; operative 8-19-2021 (Register 2021, No. 34). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-18-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Amendment of subsections (a), (a)(3) and (b)(1) filed 10-4-2021 as an emergency; operative 10-4-2021 (Register 2021, No. 41). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-3-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. New section refiled 5-31-2022 as an emergency, including amendments; operative 5-31-2022 (Register 2022, No. 22). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-31-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
5. Refiling of 5-31-2022 emergency, including amendment of subsections (a) and (c)(1)(B), on 8-12-2022; operative 8-12-2022 (Register 2022, No. 32). The finding of emergency was exempt from OAL review pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(b). Pursuant to Water Code section 1058.5(c), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-11-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
