Section 2712.4 - Replacing Upgrade Compliance Certificates. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 23, § 2712.4

1. New section filed 10-27-98 as an emergency; operative 10-27-98 (Register 98, No. 44). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-24-99 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Editorial correction of HISTORY 1 (Register 2000, No. 24). 3. Repealed by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(g) (Register 2000, No. 24).
