Section 449.10 - Project Site Visitation(a) Prior to entering into a contract, representatives of the Department may visit the project site to assess its conditions and needs, and then meet with project sponsors.(b) After entering into a contract and during planning and construction or after project completion, the Department may inspect the project site at any reasonable time to ensure that the project is being carried out in accordance with the project described in the application and as described under the contract.Cal.
