Section 354.6 - Agency InformationWhen submitting an adopted Plan to the Department, the Agency shall include a copy of the information provided pursuant to Water Code Section 10723.8, with any updates, if necessary, along with the following information:
(a) The name and mailing address of the Agency.(b) The organization and management structure of the Agency, identifying persons with management authority for implementation of the Plan.(c) The name and contact information, including the phone number, mailing address and electronic mail address, of the plan manager.(d) The legal authority of the Agency, with specific reference to citations setting forth the duties, powers, and responsibilities of the Agency, demonstrating that the Agency has the legal authority to implement the Plan.(e) An estimate of the cost of implementing the Plan and a general description of how the Agency plans to meet those costs.Cal.
