NOTES:
1) Permits with multiple encroachments will be charged only for the encroachment with the highest permit fee. (i.e., If a permit includes a retaining wall and a fence, permit and inspection fees would be assesed only for the retaining wall.)
2) Payment of fees associated with emergency repair work may be deferred until the nature of the request is determined.
