Section 100135.06 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Promptly Available"Promptly" or "promptly available" means
(a) responding without delay when notified and requested to respond to the hospital; and(b) being physically available to the specified area of the trauma center within a period of time that is medically prudent and in accordance with local EMS agency policies and procedures.Cal.
