(a) The local EMS agency shall submit an annual update to its EMSC program as part of its annual EMS plan submittal, which shall include, at a minimum, all the following: (1) Any changes in the EMSC program since submission of the prior annual EMS plan.(2) The status of EMSC program goals and objectives.(3) A summary of the EMSC program performance improvement activities.(4) Progress on addressing action items and recommendations provided by the EMS Authority within the EMSC program or Status Report approval letter, if applicable.Cal.
