Section 100347 - Responsibility of the Initial and Recertification Applicant(a) Starting July 1, 2010, unless all the requirements and conditions as specified below in Section 100348 are met, the EMT and Advanced EMT initial applicant or recertification applicant shall do all of the following:(1) Submit a completed request for "Live Scan Applicant Submission Form, BCII 8016 (Rev 06/09)," to the California DOJ for a state and federal CORI search in accordance with the provisions of Section 11105(p)(1) of the California Penal Code; and,(2) The CORI request shall include a subsequent arrest notification report in accordance with the provisions of Section 11105.2 of the California Penal Code; and,(3) The EMT and/or Advanced EMT applicant will designate that both the state and federal CORI search results and the subsequent arrest notification reports shall be reported to the certifying entity and the Authority.(b) If the requirements specified in subsection (a) are fulfilled, the fee for recertification shall be as specified in subsection 100345(a)(1) of this Chapter.Cal.
