Section 92501 - Initial Approval(a) The Director has the exclusive authority to grant approval or deny approval to a pilot project applicant.(b) Approval may be for one year or less or until the project is completed, whichever is sooner.(c) The Director's decision shall be transmitted in writing to the applicant with copies to interested parties.(d) A sponsor whose project has been denied may resubmit a modified application after a sixty (60) day waiting period.Cal.
