The review process of a completed application shall include, but not be limited to the following:
(a) An initial review conducted by program staff to determine the appropriateness and completeness of the application.(b) Review and comment by technical consultant(s) selected by program staff for review and comment within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date on which the application was distributed for review.(c) Review and comment by appropriate Healing Arts Boards and professional associations within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date on which the application was distributed for review.(d) An abstract of the application shall be made available to any interested party upon request.(e) A complete application shall be available for review in program offices during normal working hours.(f) A public meeting shall be scheduled on a date that is no sooner than forty-five (45) calendar days from the date on which the applications were distributed for review to discuss the application and comments of consultants, reviewers, healing arts boards, professional associations, and other interested parties with the applicant.(g) Review for state agency applications shall be as noted in this section with the additional procedure of Section 128175 of the Health and Safety Code.Cal.
