Section 97930.1 - Available Funding(a) The Office shall award loan repayment to eligible applicants, subject to the availability of funds in the Mental Health Practitioner Education Fund.(b) Fees collected from the different licensed providers shall be kept separate and shall fund loan repayment awards for recipients from the corresponding licensed provider group.Cal.
