Section 97752 - Obligation of Registered Nurse Education Program Scholarship Recipient(a) Each recipient of a scholarship under the Registered Nurse Education Program, except for those recipients who are members of a group included in section 97700.8 of this chapter, shall agree to practice nursing for a specified period of time in direct patient care in a medically underserved area of the state.Cal.
