Section 97560.13 - Inspection of Facilities(a) All facilities which have been designated by the Office shall be inspected periodically by a representative or representatives of the Office.(b) Inspections shall be conducted as frequently as necessary but not less than once each year to assure that the facility is in compliance with this chapter and the designation agreement.(c) At the time of inspection, the facility shall be notified of any failure to comply with this chapter or the designation agreement.Cal.
