Section 97386 - Review of ApplicationsThe Department will assign a request number to each application for program data submitted under this Article. When reviewing applications, the Department may do any of the following to make its decision:
(a) Seek further information from the applicant, including, but not limited to, documents or evidence verifying information;(b) Seek input or recommendations from the Data Release Committee, even if not required by this Article; or(c) Seek input or information from other sources, including, but not limited to, the public, regulatory bodies, other state agencies, the Health Care Payments Data Program Advisory Committee, or the sources of the requested data.Cal.
