Section 97344 - Data File Technical Requirements

Data files shall comply with file format, technical specifications, and other standards specified in the Data Submission Guide and the APCD-CDLT.

1. New section filed 12-20-2021 as an emergency; operative 12/20/2021 (Register 2021, No. 52). Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 12763(f), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-20-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
