Section 97334 - Registration Information Update

Each plan or other entity that has registered pursuant to this Article must update registration information within 15 calendar days of any change in the required contact information.

1. New section filed 12-20-2021 as an emergency; operative 12/20/2021 (Register 2021, No. 52). Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 12763(f), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-20-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day. For prior history of chapter 11, see Register 87, No. 15.
