Section 97330 - Plan Registration Requirement

(a) A non-exempt health plan, health insurer, or public self-insured plan shall register with the Program each year by the last calendar day of January.

(b) A voluntarily participating entity shall register, directly or through their authorized agent, with the Program each year by the last calendar day of January.

(1) Prior to registering, the entity must have been approved pursuant to Section 97305.
