Section 97314 - Qualified Health Plans

A Qualified Health Plan that has been granted an exemption from reporting information to the Program by the California Health Benefit Exchange is not required to register with or submit data files to the data portal.

Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 12763(f), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-20-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
