Section 97115 - Manner of Requesting Disclosure Materials(a) Requests for disclosure materials shall be filed in writing with the Office. A request shall contain sufficient information to enable the Office to determine what specific materials are being requested.(b) No disclosure materials shall be provided, except as may be specifically authorized by the Director, without prior payment of a fee sufficient to cover costs of production and provision of the materials.Cal.
