Section 97003 - Accounting System Requirements(a) The hospital accounting system prescribed by this Chapter shall be used by all hospitals licensed pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 1250) of Division 2, Health and Safety Code.(b) The long-term care facility accounting system prescribed by this Chapter shall be used by all skilled nursing facilities, intermediate care facilities, intermediate care facilities/developmentally disabled, and congregate living health facilities licensed pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 1250) of Division 2, Health and Safety Code.Cal.
