Section 90952 - General Procedures Relating to CEQA(a) As early as practicable in the Certificate of Need process the Office shall determine whether a project is exempt from CEQA according to Section 90955. A determination made on the basis of information in a notice of intent shall be reevaluated if the description of the project in the application differs materially from the description in the notice of intent.(b) If the Office does not find a project to be exempt from CEQA the Office shall keep a copy of the negative declaration or final EIR on file with the application.Cal.
