Section 88065.5 - Social Worker Ratios(a) The foster family agency shall employ, for treatment agencies, one full-time social worker for every 15 children or fraction thereof in placement.(b) The foster family agency shall employ, for nontreatment agencies, one full-time social worker for every 25 children or fraction thereof in placement.Cal.
