Section 88054 - Civil Penalties(a) In addition to Section 80054, the following penalties shall apply: (1) The department shall assess an immediate civil penalty of $50.00 when the agency fails to provide the department with a log of certified and decertified homes for any month by the tenth day of the following month. After each citation, the department shall assess a penalty of $50.00 per day until the date the agency provides the department with the log.(2) The department shall assess an immediate civil penalty of $50.00 when the agency fails to notify the department within one business day that it has decertified a family home for any reason specified in Section 88061(h)(1). After each citation, the department shall assess a penalty of $50.00 per day until the date the agency notifies the department about the decertification.(3) If the agency is cited for repeating the same violation within 12 months, the department shall additionally assess immediate civil penalties pursuant to Section 80054(d) or (e), in accordance with Health and Safety Code Sections 1548(c) and (d).Cal.
