Section 86179 - [Operative 7/1/2024] Activities(a) A participant has the right to engage in age or developmentally appropriate extracurricular, enrichment, cultural, and social activities as specified in Welfare and Institutions Code section 362.05.(b) The licensee or the caregiver designated pursuant to Section 86067 shall apply the reasonable and prudent parent standard as defined in Section 86001(r)(1) in determining whether to allow a participant to participate in age or developmentally appropriate extracurricular, enrichment, cultural, and social activities.Cal.
