Section 85368.4 - Acceptance and Retention Limitations(a) In addition to Section 85068.4 for a Community Crisis Home that is licensed as an Adult Residential Facility, the following shall apply: (1) Notwithstanding 85068.4(g), there shall be no limitation to the number of clients 60 years of age or older placed in a Community Crisis Home that is licensed as an Adult Residential Facility and the age restrictions in Section 85068.4(g) shall not apply to a Community Crisis Home that is licensed as an Adult Residential Facility. (A) If the licensee exceeds the percentages listed in 85068.4(g), the licensee shall include a statement in the needs and services plan stating how the facility will care for the client given the difference in age compared to the other clients.(2) In no event shall the client be less than 18 years of age in a Community Crisis Home licensed as an Adult Residential Facility.(b) For a Community Crisis Home that is licensed as a Group Home, placements of dual agency clients, as defined in Section 85301(d)(2), shall be subject to the limitations on the duration of the placement set forth in Sections 319.2, 319.3, 361.2(e)(9)(A), and 361.2(e)(9)(B) of the Welfare and Institutions Code.Cal.
