Section 85168 - Admission AgreementsIn addition to Sections 80068 and 85068, the Admission Agreement shall include a list and short description of each of the emergency interventions the licensee may use.
(1) The facility's plan regarding the use of emergency interventions shall be reviewed with and approved by the client and his/her authorized representative, if any, prior to its implementation.(2) The licensee shall provide a copy of the Emergency Intervention Plan to the client and the authorized representative, if any, at admission.Cal.
