Section 84175.2 - Restraint and Seclusion(a) The licensee shall develop, maintain, and implement seclusion and restraint policies and procedures which meet the requirements specified Section 1929 of the California Code of Regulations, Title 9, Chapter 11.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 84175.2
