Section 84087.3 - Indoor Activity Space(a) As a condition of licensure, there shall be common rooms, including a living room, dining room, den or other recreation/activity room, which provide the necessary space and/or separation to promote and facilitate the program of planned activities specified in Section 84079; and to prevent such activities from interfering with other functions.
