Section 82068.3 - Modifications to Needs and Services Plan(a) The licensee shall ensure that each client's written Needs and Services Plan is updated as often as necessary, but at least annually, to ensure its accuracy, and to document significant occurrences that result in changes in the client's physical, mental, psychological, and/or social functioning. (1) An updated list of medications currently taken by the client shall be included in the reassessment.(2) These reassessments shall be maintained in the client's file.(b) If the licensee determines that the client's needs cannot be met, the licensee shall inform the client, and his/her authorized representative, if any, and the placement agency, if any, and request that the client relocate where needed services can be provided.Cal.
