Section 82031 - Issuance of License(a) Within 90 days of the licensing agency's acceptance of the application and documents specified in Section 82027(a)(1), the licensing agency shall give written notice to the applicant of one of the following: (1) The application has been approved.(2) The application has been denied. (A) The notice of denial shall include the information as specified in Section 82040(b).(b) Upon approval of the application, the licensing agency shall issue the license.Cal. Code Regs.
