Section 76952 - Water Supply and Plumbing(a) Where water for human consumption is from an independent source, it shall be subjected to bacteriological analysis by the local health department, the Department or a licensed commercial laboratory at least every three months. A copy of the most recent laboratory report shall be available for inspection by the Department.(b) Hot water temperature controls shall be maintained to automatically regulate temperature of hot water delivered to plumbing fixtures used by clients to attain a hot water temperature in compliance with Part 5, Title 24, California Administrative Code.(c) Special precautions shall be taken to prevent the scalding of clients.(d) Grab bars shall be maintained at toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed by clients.(e) Toilet, handwashing and bathing facilities shall be maintained in operating condition.Cal.
