Section 76949 - General Maintenance(a) The facility, including grounds, shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well being of clients, staff and visitors.(b) Buildings shall be free of pests and pollutants such as noise, vermin, flies and other insects as may adversely affect the health or welfare of clients.Cal.
