Section 76849 - Separate License(a) A separate license shall be required for each intermediate care facility/developmentally disabled--habilitative which is maintained on the same or separate premises even though they are under the same management.(b) Intermediate care facilities/developmentally disabled--habilitative shall not be a distinct part of any other licensed health or community care facility.Cal.
