Section 75357 - Maintenance and Operation(a) The clinic shall be clean, sanitary and in good repair at all times. Maintenance shall include provision and surveillance of maintenance services and procedures for the safety and well-being of patients, personnel and visitors.(b) Flashlights shall be in readiness for use at all times. Open flame light shall not be used.(c) A clinic shall be required to submit a report by a licensed structural engineer when the Department has determined that a structural condition of the clinic exists that may present a danger to the health and safety of occupants of the clinic.
