Section 75083 - Birth Services-Space(a) Each birthing room shall have an area which can accommodate the equipment and supplies required in Section 75079 and the staff required in Section 75081. There may be no more than one mother in this area at any given time.(b) A toilet and handwashing sink shall be maintained in conformance with Part 5, Title 24, California Administrative Code.(c) Adequate counter top or table work space shall be maintained in the birthing room.Cal.
