Section 75062 - Maintenance and Operation(a) The clinic shall be clean, sanitary and in good repair at all times.(b) Flashlights shall be in readiness for use at all times. Open flame light shall not be used.(c) Periodic inspection, testing and calibration of all electrical medical equipment shall be made in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, but no less frequently than yearly. Records of such inspections and tests shall be retained and made available for review.(d) A clinic may be required to submit a report by a licensed structural engineer when the Department has determined that an evaluation of the structural condition of the clinic is necessary. Such report shall establish the existence or nonexistence of structural conditions which are hazardous to occupants and should hazardous conditions exist, such report shall provide a basis for a plan of correction.Cal.
