Section 75050 - Employees

(a) The clinic shall recruit qualified personnel and provide initial orientation of new employees, a continuing in-service training program, and supervision designed to improve patient services and employee efficiency.

Personnel shall be given training in infection control and emergency procedures consistent with the type of clinic and the services provided.

(b) The clinic shall provide a copy of the appropriate job description to each person employed or volunteering to work in the clinic.
