Section 72425 - Speech Pathology and/or Audiology Service Unit-Policies and Procedures(a) Each speech pathology and/or audiology service unit shall have written policies and procedures for the management of the speech pathology and/or audiology service.(b) The policies and procedures shall be established and implemented by the patient care policy committee in consultation with a speech pathologist and/or audiologist.Cal.
