(a) Drug means a medication.(b) Legend drug means any of the following: (1) Any drug labeled with the statement "Caution: Federal Law prohibits dispensing without prescription" or words of similar import(2) Any dangerous drug under Section 4211 of the Business and Professions Code.(c) Psychotropic drug means a medication used to modify behavior.Cal.
