(a) Hospitals with a licensed bed capacity of 50 or more shall maintain a well ventilated morgue with autopsy facilities, unless adequate morgue and autopsy facilities are available in the local community.(b) Hospitals with a licensed bed capacity of 200 or more shall maintain a well ventilated morgue with autopsy facilities.(c) Refrigerated compartments shall be maintained if human remains are held unembalmed.
