Section 79327 - Personnel Policies(a) Each CDRH shall adopt, implement and make available to all personnel, written personnel policies including qualifications and responsibilities for each classification of personnel. Such policies shall include but not be limited to: (1) A plan for orientation of all personnel to the policies, procedures, and objectives of the CDRH and for on-the-job training where necessary.(2) A plan for at least an annual evaluation of employee performance.Cal.
