Section 78331 - Nutrition Services: Supplies and Equipment(a) Food supplies shall be available to meet the planned menus and shall be in sufficient quantity to serve the participants.(b) There shall be sufficient equipment of the type and amount necessary for proper preparation, serving and storage of food for the number of participants served by the center.Cal.
