(a) Each application for a license shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee. The annual license fee under this section shall be effective for the calendar year of 1978.(b) The fee for a license to operate an adult day health center which is being licensed for the first time or for any change in existing license shall be $470.00.(c) The license renewal fee for all other adult day health centers shall be determined by the Department.Cal.
