Section 70037.1 - Human Reproductive Sterilization

(a) Human reproductive sterilization means any medical treatment, procedure or operation, for the purpose of rendering an individual permanently incapable of reproducing.

(b) In this section and in Sections 70707.1 through 70707.8 and 70736, "sterilization" means human reproductive sterilization.
