Section 68000 - Purpose and Scope(a) These regulations establish provisions for certification of hazardous waste environmental technologies. Hazardous waste environmental technologies include, but are not limited to, hazardous waste management technologies, site mitigation technologies, and waste minimization and pollution prevention technologies.(b) The regulations in the chapter set forth basic certification requirements, including, but not limited to technology eligibility, certification application requirements, and certification procedures.Cal.
