Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 66271.15

1. New section filed 5-24-91; operative 7-1-91 (Register 91, No. 22).
2. Repeal filed 5-1-2023 as an emergency; operative 5-1-2023 (Register 2023, No. 18). Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25125.4, the emergency regulation shall remain in effect until repealed by the Board of Environmental Safety.
