Section 66269.7 - Generation and Handling Fee Rate Limit

The fee rate established by the Board of Environmental Safety pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 25205.5.01 of the Health and Safety Code shall not exceed one hundred one dollars and seventy-five cents ($101.75) for each ton or fraction of a ton.
