Section 66268.107 - Treatment Standards Expressed As Waste Concentrations(a) Table II-CCW identifies the non-RCRA metal-containing aqueous wastes and the concentrations of their associated hazardous constituents which may not be exceeded by the waste or treatment residual for the allowable land disposal of such waste or residual. (A) The concentrations listed in subsection (a) shall be determined using the WET procedure specified in Appendix II, chapter 11, CCR.(c)(1) When RCRA wastes with differing treatment standards for a constituent of concern are combined for purposes of treatment, the treatment residue must meet the lowest treatment standard for the constituent of concern. When non-RCRA wastes with differing treatment standards for a constituent of concern are combined for purposes of treatment, the treatment residue must meet the lowest treatment standard for the constituent of concern.(c)(2) When RCRA and Non-RCRA wastes are combined for purposes of treatment, the treatment residue must meet both the lowest treatment standard established for the RCRA wastes and the lowest treatment standard established for the non-RCRA wastes.Cal.
